In most cases, we’ll take any necessary digital X-rays and complete a thorough exam so we can understand what’s going on with your teeth and gums. We’ll then walk you through our findings, answer your questions, and discuss any recommended treatment in clear, practical terms, always at your pace.
What to Bring
To help your first visit go smoothly, please bring:
- A valid photo ID
- Your dental insurance card, if applicable
- A list of medications and medical conditions
- Any recent dental X-rays or records, if you have them

Insurance & Payment Options
We accept most major dental insurance plans and will help you understand and use your benefits. If we are not in-network with your specific plan, we can often still see you as an out-of-network provider and help with claim filing so you can be reimbursed.
To make care more accessible, we also offer third-party financing options through Cherry, CareCredit, and First Franklin, so you can spread out the cost of treatment over time in a way that fits your budget.
Forms, Registration, and Online Scheduling
New patient forms, registration, and appointment requests are handled securely online through our Archy patient portal. After you schedule or request an appointment, you’ll receive access to complete your forms from home at a time that works for you. If you prefer, we can also help you complete them in the office before your appointment. Online scheduling is available for added convenience, and our team will confirm your visit and answer any questions.
